Walking is one of the simplest physical activities that offers many benefits: it improves the mood of the people and is good for health. The objectives that encourage the studies and the Society of General Medicine, ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 steps a day, which is about 3-7 km.
I carry the following paths personally tried. The trails are very easy to run, you will see landscapes immersed in nature between the beach, pine forest and lagoon. The walks are long about 3 km (30 minutes if fast pace – about two miles).
In the wood / forest, you point out that you need to follow the trails to avoid damaging the undergrowth and dunes in training. In addition, to protect nature, remember not to cause harm to flora and fauna, not to leave rubbish, do not access with motor vehicles, not to leave the beaten track and not to switch on fire.
